This 1 minute video will give you an overview of what you can expect

Mix & match the parts you feel you need right now

  • The Goalsetting Course begins with an introduction to what makes a great goal setting strategy. Learn all about OKRs, their benefits, and what to do and what not to do. Additionally, Dorit will explain what to expect from the course, introduce herself, describe the course modules, and explain the differences between following the course as an individual or as a team.

  • In the second part of this online course Goalsetting, it’s time for some decisions! Will you involve your team with the goals? Why would you do that and how can you do that? How often will you set goals and what strategies will you put in place to stick to them? Dorit will offer you some recommendations, and you will be given some assignments to make your own decisions.

  • In the third part of the online course Goalsetting, you and a maximum of five other teammates brainstorm on your goals on the spot using a variety of brainstorming techniques from the Valley. By the end of the hour, OKRs for the year and the quarter/project should be ready. We will guide you through a brainstorming process using the online tool Mural. If you prefer, you may also use a whiteboard and post it notes.

Part 3A contains a lot of mix-and-match options; choose if you want to set goals by yourself (go to Part 3B) or with a team, as well as whether you want to create annual or quarterly OKRs? Or, are you simply interested in implementing OKRs as a means of preparing yourself for a project such as a mission or program? Pick & choose what you need!
